FHS - Forward Hillingdon Squad
Welcome to the FHS website.
We hope that we have provided enough information on this website to enable you to see what we do, how we do it and whether it is the right choice for you and your children.
FHS Members - please ask Charlotte Lee to register you with the site (you will need to tell her your name and eMail address) - this will let you into our special club area where you will find more information about how the club is operating, how we are improving and details of swimmer performance and development.
Our hours at Uxbridge are:
- Friday - Competitive swimmers 7.30pm - 9.00pm : All swimmers 8.00pm to 9.00pm
- Sunday - Juniors 4.30pm - 5.30pm : Seniors 5.30pm - 6.30pm
- Wednesday - 7.00pm - 8.00pm

Volunteer Assistant Coaches Wanted
We are looking for volunteer coaches to join the coaching team at FHS.
The role does not require previous experience, or a knowledge of how the strokes are performed as ongoing training will be provided. If you are interested in progressing, the club is also happy to assist with the cost of qualifying.
Ideally, we are looking for additional help on Fridays and Sundays as we are moving into 4 lanes and the swimmers will benefit from having the extra eyes and teaching pointerss that you will be able to provide.
All coaches are CRB checked.
If coming poolside is not of interest but you would like to participate in the success of the club, we are always interested to speak to parent volunteers. Please see Iain, Krys or Charlotte for more information.

Congratulations DarrenWe would like to congratulate Darren on his completion of the 2011 Virgin London Marathon. Darren's time of 6 hours 33 minutes and 51 seconds is highly commendable for his first marathon.

Easter Session DatesDue to the early closure of Hillingdon Pool on the Bank holidays, we will be cancelling the sessions on 22nd April and 29th April. Sessions on the Sundays and Wednesdays will still proceed at their normal times.
