We hope that we have provided enough information on this website to enable you to see what we do, how we do it and whether it is the right choice for you and your children.
FHS Members - please ask Charlotte Lee to register you with the site (you will need to tell her your name and eMail address) - this will let you into our special club area where you will find more information about how the club is operating, how we are improving and details of swimmer performance and development.
Our hours at Uxbridge are:
- Friday - Competitive swimmers 7.30pm - 9.00pm : All swimmers 8.00pm to 9.00pm
- Sunday - Juniors 4.30pm - 5.30pm : Seniors 5.30pm - 6.30pm
- Wednesday - 7.00pm - 8.00pm

Novice Meet at Barnet CopthallPost Event ReviewIt was an early start for all involved, leaving Hillingdon at 07:30 to travel to Barnet Copthall Pool for an 08:15 warm up. With a little argument with routes, we arrived on time and joined a number of other teams for our first outing in some time. We had four swimmers with us at this event - all boys between 9 and 12 - and all had entered the 50m Backcrawl, Breaststroke and Frontcrawl events. Each event was run with groupings based on entry times, and finals were grouped by age. We had a couple of disqualifications on start, turn or finish - so the coaches will be working very hard on these over the next months, but we also had three placings in the finals and one just missing out (9th - 8 made it to the finals). The final results were very impressive for one swimmer, who walked away with Gold in breaststroke, 4th in frontcrawl and 6th in backcrawl. Well done to all the participants - you represented the club in a very good way, and you should be proud of your swims.

Barnet Copthall Novices MeetWe have been invited to attend a novices meet for swimmers aged between 9 and 12 on 9th October 2011. We would like to enter your child for 50m front crawl, 50m backstroke and 50m breast stroke. The charge for this is £4.50 per stroke – payable to Forward Hillingdon Squad.The attached document provides full details of the meet from Barnet Copthall Swimming Club.
