Easter Session Dates
Due to the early closure of Hillingdon Pool on the Bank holidays, we will be cancelling the sessions on 22nd April and 29th April.
Sessions on the Sundays and Wednesdays will still proceed at their normal times.

Darren Lewis (coach) is running in the London Marathon this weekend. Everyone at Forward Hillingdon would like to wish him the best luck at this his first marathon.
